Garmin's HRM-Fit™ heart rate monitor transmits real-time data via ANT+® and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy technology to compatible Garmin devices, Zwift, and fitness equipment. The device also tracks running dynamics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, etc. to help improve form.

When your watch is out of range, HRM-Pro stores heart rate data and steps, calories and intensity minutes, syncing them to your watch afterwards. The small, lightweight module is no wider than the strap, and the replaceable battery can last up-to a year.
